The first print you place is included in the garment price – front or back, any size up to A3. Every additional print is charged per garment at its size. No minimum order.

No VAT to add – we're not VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Small (about 10cm): left or right chest, pocket, sleeve, upper back / neck. A4 (about 21 × 30cm): centre chest, standard back. A3 (about 30 × 40cm): full front, full back. The first print you place is included; every additional print is charged at its own size. Ordering 10 or more? Ask for a bulk quote.
Logo setup
No setup fees. For bulk and workwear orders (10+) we prepare your logo, send a proof before printing and keep it on file for next time.

Pricing questions
What counts as a position?
One logo or design in one place – for example left chest, full back or sleeve. The first print you place is included in the garment price; each additional print is charged at its size (£4, £5 or £7 per garment).
Are there bulk prices?
Yes. For 10 or more items, or workwear, ask for a quote. We count every item with the same logo, across sizes and colours, and send a proof before printing.
Do I pay setup again when I reorder?
No. Your logo stays on file, so reorders and new starters are quick and there's no setup to pay again.
Do I need to add VAT?
No VAT to add – we're not VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay. Delivery is free on UK orders over £50, or you can collect from Swaffham.
How long will my order take?
Printed orders are usually ready in 3 to 5 working days. Workwear takes about 5 working days, as it is ordered in for you.
